After obtaining a master in Physics at the University of Antwerp and an advanced master in Artificial Intelligence at the KU Leuven; Maxim kicked off his career at IntellectEU. At the firm, he led engineering teams working on AI, blockchain and quantum computing products. Credix’ founder, Thomas Bohner, and other co-founder, Chaim Finizola, were colleagues. Together, they embarked on the journey of Credix, a global platform that connects institutional investors with high-quality credit opportunities in Latin America. Its proprietary technology empowers the tokenization and securitization of debt facilities, creating programmable assets and automating capital markets workflows. Credix is moving the $800 billion private credit market into the digital era.
