WEB32 TICKETING

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the purchase and use of tickets for the WEB32 event (the "Event"), organized by Degenworks BV (the "Company"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. TICKET TYPES AND PRICES

The Company offers the following ticket types:

1.1. Student Tickets: €19 (incl. 21% VAT). Proof of a valid student ID is required at the entrance.

1.2. NFT Holders Tickets: €139 (incl. 21% VAT). Access to these tickets requires a login with a Venly wallet.

1.3. Blind Tickets: €159 (incl. 21% VAT).

1.4. Early Bird Tickets: €179 (incl. 21% VAT).

1.5. General Admission: €199 (incl. 21% VAT).

2. VALIDITY OF TICKETS

Tickets are only valid for the Event, taking place on the 27th of September in Antwerp.

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

Tickets can be purchased online via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. TICKET TRANSFER

Tickets are transferable. All processes and conditions related to ticket transfers are handled by our third-party ticketing provider, GUTS Tickets. Please refer to GUTS Tickets for more information and their own terms and conditions.

5. RIGHT OF ADMISSION

The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event. In case of refusal, no refund will be provided.

6. EVENT CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including changes of date, location, and schedule.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation by the Company, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. No refunds will be given for any other reason.

8. LIABILITY

The Company's total liability for any claims arising from or in connection with the Event is limited to the ticket price.

9. PRIVACY

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the Company collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
